How fast can you deliver?+
Most stock items ship same day. Custom jobs deliver in 24–72 hours across Nairobi, with regional delivery in 3–7 days.
What file formats do you accept?+
Print-ready PDF is preferred. We also accept Illustrator (.ai), Photoshop (.psd), InDesign, and high-resolution JPG/PNG.
Do you offer design services?+
Yes. Our in-house design team can create artwork from scratch or refine an existing design for print.
How do payments work?+
You can pay via M-Pesa, card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery for orders within Nairobi.
Can you deliver outside Kenya?+
Yes. We deliver to Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi and South Sudan through our regional logistics partners.
What if the print isn't right?+
We reprint at no cost when a job doesn't meet our quality standard. Every job is quality-checked before it leaves the press.
